First, let me say that I'm not the type of person who makes the effort to leave a negative review. To motivate me to do so means you have left such a negative impression that I feel compelled to take time out of my busy day to warn others. A year or two ago, I left them a negative review for another failed attempt at fixing an issue with my wife's $60k Jeep. Multiple visits to fix a loud squealing noise that they'd tell us they can't hear, but is plainly there for anyone with functional hearing to do so. Almost immediately, we were contacted by the dealership, not because they were ashamed of not fixing the issue or to make it right. No, this was to complain to me for leaving a negative review! We came to a point of moving forward and we've been there since for basic service--still can't fix the squeal, mind you. Today, my wife shows up for a scheduled oil change. At the service desk, she was informed that Autoland is refusing her service, because of the year(s) old negative review! Meanwhile, we've been there several times since! The sheer stupidity, gall and lack of savvy a business has to have to think that's a viable strategy for treating customers is mind blowing! I guess it didn't occur to Autoland that their terrible behavior would result in yet ANOTHER NEGATIVE review. They've done us a favor. It's not as if there aren't 400 other Jeep dealers within driving distance. I wouldn't go back to Autoland if someone else offered to pay the bill. Steer well clear of this place! More
