And once again I entrusted my vehicle's safety to my personal service advisor, Angelina Matovski. I have been working with Angelina for years. She is the best there is. A total professional. Fully knowledgeable in all aspects of automotive workings. Equally important, she has become a trusted friend. It is hard for me to ever imagine working with anyone else. I visited auto land needing assistance, but after waiting for a while with no help, I decided to use the restroom. Dealership itself is fine besides the wait. While there, I saw an employee (Shar or Char) re for a while with no help, I decided to use the restroom. Dealership itself is fine besides the wait. While there, I saw an employee (Shar or Char) recording, dancing and smoking. I didn’t want to say anything to be rude, but it felt really unprofessional. I came in expecting good service, but the experience left me disappointed. I hope management takes this into consideration to improve customer service and professionalism. More
