I dropped off our 2020 Jeep Compass Latitude (which we purchased from Autoland in November 2020). Our chief issue was that the display is malfunctioning, but in addition we needed an oil and filter change purchased from Autoland in November 2020). Our chief issue was that the display is malfunctioning, but in addition we needed an oil and filter change. This was performed as well as the multipoint inspection. However, the display needed to be replaced and they had to order the part. We are awaiting the arrival of the replacement display to complete the repairs. Knolan said that it would take a little over a week for the part to come in; then we will make an appointment to complete the repairs. NOTE: We have a MOPAR 5year/ 50,000mile Extended Warranty.
