I used to go to Autoland regularly but switched to AAA, because Autoland took all day and always pushed me to get something I didn't need; AAA is quick and not pushy. But I went back to Autoland yesterday to get a Prius recall taken care of, and I may start going there again. Yes, I ended up spending a lot more than I'd expected to, but it all made sense. Pete Cavaleiro, the guy who helped me, was not at all pushy, he simply explained my options. He also had suggestions for ways to solve problems I'd been having with the car. This guy is really good; you get the feeling you're getting advice from one of your buddies, as opposed to the slick sales routine I had run into in the past. I'm certainly going to give Autoland another chance. More

I loved the experience I had at Autoland from the moment I parked in the parking lot until I left with a fairly new used car purchase.
