Ahmad Zeid and Lucas Dam were very helpful in the overall process, and presented clearly all the details around the car, the VW incentives, the best financing terms, as well as any other questions I had. And they weren't even phased with my kids running around the dealership for 3 hours! They have followed-up with me on a couple of occasions to thank me for the purchase, and also to schedule a session around using all of the technology in the car. The level of service has been outstanding, and they do make you, the customer, feel very important. I will certainly consider Autohaus again next time I'm buying a car. More

Was not impressed with the finance individual as it seemed as though he was in a rush, expected us to just sign what he told us to without reading any of the papers and truly did not explain to us what we were signing. I did express that I did not understand a few things but my concern was ignored and it was apparent that he did not want to spend more than the minimum time needed to sign all the papers and get us out. Would not go back to that individual but do recommend Jeff & Nikita and all the others that made my buying experience extremely easy! Thank you! More
