We had our car scheduled for an oil change. Patti greeted me by name upon arrival and promptly took care of the sign for service.. She later called regarding other service issues relating to the car. Great place been going for 30+ years / Mike Crader is the best...my 2016 650i Conv (16k mikes) in for routine service... this is where it falls out! Oil Change was $518!!!!!!!
