Autohaus has been very, very good to me. I bought a used 328i in excellent condition in 2016, which they serviced whenever I requested. I also do a lot of my own service work and their sales department (especially Patty) has been incredibly helpful to me in showing me the things which needed repairing those that can wait. There was a misunderstanding about charges and one of the managers insulted my husband saying not so kind things. The staff is great, we never had a problem.
