Took my '07 328i in for a couple of major repairs and the service I received from Linda Schaefer was top notch. They were booked up for weeks, however, when I told her that my car was leaking gas, she gave m service I received from Linda Schaefer was top notch. They were booked up for weeks, however, when I told her that my car was leaking gas, she gave my issue top priority and put me at the front of the line which reduced my wait to a couple of days (and, luckily, my off day). The dealership itself is MASSIVE, modern, extremely clean, and comfortable complete with a free snack station and free Starbucks coffee. But the bottom line is price and, for the repairs my car needed, their price was more affordable than I'd expected from a neighborhood mom and pop mechanic let alone a reputable luxury car dealership. Processing my vehicle took 10 to 15 minutes tops after which Linda put me in a super-clean 2022 X2 loaner to keep free of charge while they repaired my vehicle and they did so exactly as promised for the price promised. Like I said, great service from Linda and staff, all of whom made me feel like a valued customer. Would definitely do business with this dealer again. More
