I was disappointed that it took two days to get my oil changed and scheduled maintenance completed. The service , which was my car's first oil change , and overall checking over the car was fine. But, I had to wait longer than expected. The car service was completed in an hour . The car went in on an airbag recall. While there, they inspected and reported on many other elements of the car’s condition. Sure, it tends to get work for them, but it also helps me keep my car in great inspected and reported on many other elements of the car’s condition. Nice dealership. Linda S., a service writer, is the best! Car was delivered a day late, but Linda called and explained it was a billing issue. Loaner was ok, but I probably won’t do another. Dent, not detected pre-loaner by Linda or me, was awkward upon return. And now they make note of fuel level. Lexus dealer doesn’t do that. Price of repair was decreased by BMW “service special inspection” discount. Oil leak and diesel fuel filter was $400+. I trust Autohaus as long as Linda is there. Autohaus is still a very nice dealership that I would recommend. More

I am astounded at the Customer Service offered by Autohaus BMW!!! It is SO hard to find these days!!!! To start . . . . . . I own a Maserati Gran Turismo I have not driven in months because I LOVE dr Autohaus BMW!!! It is SO hard to find these days!!!! To start . . . . . . I own a Maserati Gran Turismo I have not driven in months because I LOVE driving my BMW X5 SO very much!!!!!! I just had the 1 year maintenance done efficiently and returned on the day promised!!!! They even gave me a rental because of my late night schedule!!!! I dropped my car off and a rental was quickly & smoothly given to me. I drove off without a hitch!!! When my car was ready, I received a video of what was done with my car!!!!! I drive up, was met by an associate to let me know what to do & where yo go. The cashier came to me to sign my 0 dollar maintenance bill!!!! My car was delivered to the door & keys put into my hands. Everyone was very attentive & all went very smoothly!!!!!!!!! You are a CUT ABOVE !!!!! I believe I am a loyal customer for life!!!!!!! Why go anywhere else & why buy anything other than a BMW???!!!!! I am SO THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED!!!!!!!
