My daughter had a tire issue. They were able to get it right in and Chris made sure other services needed were taken care of saving us a second visit. Tire and wheel issue was at no charge because of the right in and Chris made sure other services needed were taken care of saving us a second visit. Service was excellent and very thorough. My only complaint is that I don't feel like there's the extra step to go beyond just providing the basic service and deliver an amazing experience, especiall complaint is that I don't feel like there's the extra step to go beyond just providing the basic service and deliver an amazing experience, especially when purchasing a luxury car. I've owned other non-luxury brands that do this. An amazing experience would be to get my car back from service cleaner than when I dropped it off. It's something that takes little time for the dealer, but makes you appreciate the time that you've just saved by not having to do it yourself, and is refreshing/anxiety relieving to get into a nice, clean vehicle. I asked that a part that I ordered (a simple trim piece that snaps on) be picked up from service and put in my vehicle, which they gladly did. What would have gone beyond would have been to take the 2 minutes to pop the part in. This was also my first service for this car, so I was using this as a litmus test to see what the experience would be like in the future. Chris Clem was excellent and I'll request him next time. I just hope that there's an effort by others there to go beyond what's expected in the future to deliver a more memorable experience. More
