Working with Autohaus has been a good experience. However, I took my car in for a service appointment for low tire pressure, which required tire replacement covered under the Pirelli warranty. It took 30 minutes for them to take my car back to service from the time I got there, and another 30 minutes for them to bring my car out from the time the technician sent the video that service was complete. Check in and check out processes seem unnecessarily prolonged. More

Mike Crider came through like a champ, had a flat tire, they somehow squeezed me in, gave me a loaner, dropped me off at my office which is pretty close to Autohaus, had my car back to me the next day, pe they somehow squeezed me in, gave me a loaner, dropped me off at my office which is pretty close to Autohaus, had my car back to me the next day, perfect shape, washed with a new tire to boot. This was my First time here, I did not realize that they use a text to communicate with you any possible issues with your vehicle! I found out at midnight that I needed my Mechanic to double-check some work use a text to communicate with you any possible issues with your vehicle! I found out at midnight that I needed my Mechanic to double-check some work that was done which in turn has caused me 1 whole day in travel to have my car rechecked instead of having it done right away if someone had spoken with me at the the time I checked out! So no what should have been a easy repair cost me dearly! I ended up having to postpone my return trip for 3 days! Travel 1 hour each way( the wrong direction) and to find out the possible problem was nothing to worry about! This just reinforces why I do not take my vehicle to a dealership for repairs! This could have been alleviate if a real person would have just told me what the mechanic found on his inspection! More
