When I purchased my BMW, I was told (Exact words) certification adds an additional year to the manufacturers warrantee extending it to May 2022. On March 8th I took it in for an oil change and to hav certification adds an additional year to the manufacturers warrantee extending it to May 2022. On March 8th I took it in for an oil change and to have the problem of false notifications to "CHECK COOLANT LEVEL" corrected. Their diagnosis verified that I have been getting these notifications, but they were unable to find the cause. My bill for this visit contained a charge of $82.50 for this service which would have been fully covered under the terms of the original warrantee. When I questioned this charge, I was told the BMW warrantee was not extended, but a service policy was in place that does not cover diagnostics if a repair is not made. So the bottom line is I was charged $82.50 because AutoHaus did nothing to correct a problem that their diagnostics proved did exist. When a vehicle is brought in for warrantee service during the certified period the owner should be advised of the possibility of additional charges and car salespersons should not tell buyers that certification extends the BNW warrantee an additional year. More

Got the job done but the communication was poor. I was told my car would be fixed and ready to go the following day. The next came and never got a call. In fact, I gad the impression that I’d hadn’t been started Because the guy working on my car has left for the day two hours prior to my calling to check on the car! There were no notes less about my car therefore I couldn’t get when I needed. I was told I didn’t need a loaner car because my car would be finished the next day! But that was not the case and I had no car to drive! I was just disappointed in that type of communication! If it’s not gonna be ready the following day do not tell me it’s going to be ready the following day just be honest! Aside from that the actual worked on the car was great and fine it was just the service! More
Just got my spanking brand new 430 I BMW (130 miles as of 2/21/22) and was brought to the shop because the screen said, " low tire", Chris Buie was there to help me figure out what the problem was, He put in 2/21/22) and was brought to the shop because the screen said, " low tire", Chris Buie was there to help me figure out what the problem was, He put in air and much to my surprise just as he did I could hear the air seeping out. He wrote up the info told me to have a seat in that wonderful lounge that Autohaus has and he would take care of the car and he did just that, in 45 min. the tire was patched (had some sort of puncture, car was washed and I was set Chris also helped clarify the workings of a couple of things in the car that I couldn't quite figure out how to work. He is was very knowledgeable about all three of the questions I needed help with. Oh! and did I say that this was my second Spanking Brand New car from Autohaus. Everyone that I have come in contact with in the last 10 years has been absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend this Dealership to anyone who is thinking of a BMW More
