While trying to make up for several ice storm days in February, we were overly busy trying to get everyone back into the schedule, creating some overflows for our service advisors and technicians. Thank you for letting us know about your recent service experience. We understand that you were upset that your vehicle was not ready before 2 pm. We were particularly busy that day. You checked out at the cashier window at 2:09pm and unfortunately, your key was left in your vehicle in the service drive for you. Apparently, the porter did not communicate that with the cashier staff properly, we have discussed the matter with him and hopefully it will not happen again. The cashier is somewhat new and did not handle the situation to your satisfaction, we have discussed the matter with her, as well. We take this very seriously and we will work harder on training our newer staff more thoroughly. We apologize for your inconvenience.
