Brought car in re car fob issue 3-7. "Service' contact person was Brittany. There were 3 issues to be addressed. 1.) warning indicator as tho I was about to hit something as the car wo "Service' contact person was Brittany. There were 3 issues to be addressed. 1.) warning indicator as tho I was about to hit something as the car would come to a stop, 2.) Car's alarm went off while car was parked in the garage,3.) fob would not open car doors. When I returned I was told 1.) we hear that a lot, something obscuring the sensor, 2.) we show that's happened 10-12 times NOT WHILE SITTING IN THE GARAGE, 3.) the tech didn't have any problem w/ the fob WITH NO EXPLANATION (repeatedly). These fine folks did offer to replace my 20000 miles tires w/ $1500 of new. So believe all these 5 star reviews if you like! More

The service coordinator, Patty, did an excellent job of keeping me informed about the mechanical repairs that were needed for my 650, and the cost for that work. One “blip” occurred when I went to the cashier to pay my bill and pulled out my checkbook. The employee looked at it and said “We don’t take a check for this amount ($2350.00). That sort of inferred that my check may not have been good. Didn’t appreciate that bit of “customer service”. More
