Service Took my wife's X1 in for new windshield wiper blades. Mike Crader was my service advisor. He looked at the system and said that the car as long as i Took my wife's X1 in for new windshield wiper blades. Mike Crader was my service advisor. He looked at the system and said that the car as long as it was there should have the brake fluid and engine oil changed as we are getting ready for a trip. I waited for the car which was promptly serviced. The people at Auto Haus are always very friendly and want to insure that your vehicle is in top shape. Changing environment, Same excellent service I have been coming to the Autohaus BMW for routine maintenance for a number of years. I have always enjoyed working with Ethan; his pleasant demeanor I have been coming to the Autohaus BMW for routine maintenance for a number of years. I have always enjoyed working with Ethan; his pleasant demeanor and sincere attitude have always put me at ease. I dont very much enjoy getting my car worked on, and know very little about car upkeep, but Ethan has always gone out of his way to make me feel comfortable and cared for. I was recently dismayed at the new construction at the facility and was apprehensive about what this would mean for my continued service. Ethan assured me that this would be only temporary and would ultimately result in a better facility and a superior customer experience. I was skeptical at first but he persisted and was very adamant about autohaus caring for their customer and investing in the future. I will continue to patron this particular BMW service center on this young mans sheer determination and good will. He truly is a genuine employee and cares for those he interacts with. More
