Horrible Experience Cauing Physical Illness I sustained an asthma attack due to poor mechanical service. The manager refused to make it right. After receiving two recall letters, I had taken m I sustained an asthma attack due to poor mechanical service. The manager refused to make it right. After receiving two recall letters, I had taken my car to BMW Autohause for a blower motor rewire recall in April of 2019. I experienced something dragging my battery down afterwards. One service guy admitted that the mechanics had crossed up the wiring causing serveral fuses to blow out. The following month, I received another recall letter for a blower motor pcv valve replacement. I had additional work done replacing the radiator, some hoses and they had to recharge the battery. (note I had to tow the vehicle to the shop because it wouldn't start up. Upon receiving my car back, after 4th of July holiday; I hadn't made it off the lot before I tried the air conditoning and the blower would not work. The service guy and manager wittnessed it. (I suffer from asthmas & am soley dependant on air). The service manager suggested that I spend more money to determine the cause and purchase additional work. I had an attack upon leaving because no resolution was made. I find it appalling, due to the fact the manufactuerer was aware of the blower motor defencencies and the manager would not stand behind the direlect work performed by his mechanics. I feel he should have made it right. This has been the worse experience I've ever encountered at the BMW autohaus location. More

There is a BMW dealership less than 5 miles where I live (IL) but I choose to drive 20 miles to this location (STL) for the great service. More

After losing my cool not only did Joe Emerson and Steve Emerson (both in sales) jump though hoops the General Manager jumped in to help clean up a mess all due to lack of communications. I will admit I love my x5 and more so after these 3 jumped in to help out and help out Joe and Steve did, something sales shouldn't have to do but they did, they truly care about their customers. Service advisors do have some issues but after speaking with the GM she said she would do what is needed to help out and take notice. That alone will make a difference for all customers. I strongly highly recommend Autohaus for you service needs. Just make sure you know whom you are going to see and don't be shy about asking for help from Joe or Steve, both are k ick butt guys and men on their word. More
