Service call was quick and comfortable I didn't buy my car here but the new facility is very nice. The staff was courteous and my oil change was quick and painless. Very courteous Service Advisor who provided me with information about the possible costs and set up an appointment to have the vehicle checked . They are tied into BMW service software so could advise information about the possible costs and set up an appointment to have the vehicle checked . They are tied into BMW service software so could advise on service needed. Maintenance oil changes are lower priced than Jiffy Lube. Car was quickly checked and oil change was completed fast. They did not do or recommended work that wasn't needed. Very nice waiting area and customer flow through the service advisors and cashier area. Highly recommend using both for repair and maintenance services. More

Would Expect Better.. This was my first scheduled maintenance appointment since buying my X3 and the whole experience made me regret purchasing a car at this dealership. I This was my first scheduled maintenance appointment since buying my X3 and the whole experience made me regret purchasing a car at this dealership. I booked my appointment online way in advance when the maintenance email was sent to me. Would have been nice to get a reminder email or phone call about the appointment, as my old dealership did. I thought since you all were finally in your new building things would be more hospitable than they were when purchasing the vehicle from the trailer set-up.... My service adviser, Mike Crader, was not helpful or informative about my questions about my car and what I should be getting done after 10,000 miles as I have NEVER owned a BMW before and don’t know what is included and such since I purchased a maintenance package. I asked if I should be getting the tires rotated and he responded "that's up to you and it will cost you $50". Rude. Wasn't ever informed of what was all going to be done or what a standard oil change entails- he just pushed papers across his desk and told me sign. I waited for 2 hours for a standard oil change, not once given an update by any staff (mind you there was minimal people in the waiting room and certainly did not look busy this afternoon). I understand I asked for other minor things to be looked at and it might take a little longer than the projected hour wait time for an oil change, but seriously someone could have at least came over and gave me an update. After waiting 2 hours, I walked over to the service advisers desk and he was like “oh let me check on your car” then a few minutes later I was suddenly told it was done by the check out lady who I had to ask what the paperwork said and what they even did to my car while she was swiping my credit card. I would think good customer service would entail the service adviser immediately following up with the paperwork and any questions or next steps before paying the bill, seeing as how he wasn't with ANY other customers and just chatting with co-workers. The check out lady handed me my keys and said “it’s parked out front”. It wasn’t even near the service garage or in plain sight. The interior was POORLY cleaned, even if you ONLY vacuum with an oil change (which I find ridiculous considering the amount I paid for this car) I would expect it to be a better job than this and at least wipe down the inside. I owned a Chevrolet before this car and was treated a 100 times better at that dealership. I thought part of buying a “luxury” car would include WAY better customer service and an emphasis on detail. I will be getting my future car maintenance at a different BMW dealership. I’m disappointed I was assigned to this adviser and now have a negative feeling towards Autohaus. More
For the almost 3 years of owning my first BMW, the entire staff has been so patient, considerate and helpful. Ethan Krysiak went above and beyond when I brought my car in for routine service and possibly a 4 X 4 malfunction on my vehicle. Ethan not fully diagnosed my vehicle but was very patient with me explaining the entire coverage of my extended warranty. I would only recommend Autohaus for any service on a BMW. Thank you so much!
