On first visit excellent customer service was administered by Advisor Ethan Krysiak. The Advisor scheduled repair for following day. My arrival time was before his start time and the service dept. was not as friendly and helpful on appointment day. They had never seen me before. Therefore, I waited on Advisor Krysiak to arrive. Customer service in addition to competent repair service is on of the key elements of an outstanding business. I am thankful for the first impression that was given at your dealership.
