He has been taking care of me for nearly a decade. He makes handling the service of my car as easy as possible from scheduling an appointment that is convenient for me, getting me a loaner car so that I can get back to work and letting me know as soon as my car is complete and ready for pick up. Chris is always aware of the service schedule, what my car needs and how long it will take. If he knows my car will be in overnight, he always reminds me to get anything out of my car that I might need overnight (such as my garage door opener). He always makes sure my appointments are smooth and effortless and for that I am so thankful. More

There are other BMW dealerships closer to me however it is worth the extra I've been taking my car to Autohaus for service for the past several years. Service Took my wife's X1 in for new windshield wiper blades. Mike Crader was my service advisor.
