Outstanding service again! I have been working with Patti Kupfer for years. She has always been most professional and knowledgeable about our 750 LxM. I scheduled a service appointment and even in their temporary office, due to the construction, she was on target as usual! Also made my door ding go away! She is good at asking questions regarding the car and helped me do some extra work beyond the normal scheduled warranty service. So once again it was a great service experience! Bob More

An example of her great attention was regarding a bad power steering pump in my BMW that had just gone off warranty. The Worst BMW Service Experience EVER!!! I have owned over a dozen new and preowned BMW's over the past 30 years. I have taken the vehicles to many different BMW Factory service centers all o I have owned over a dozen new and preowned BMW's over the past 30 years. I have taken the vehicles to many different BMW Factory service centers all over Missouri and Rhode Island. I have never felt so disgusted with the knowledge or lack thereof, from the service advisors to the service manager at Autohaus. They actually argued with me over what was a factory component, saying it was aftermarket. They lied about shorting out my electronics after doing an airbag recall. When I brought it to Plaza Motors they not only told me that the recall was the cause of the short but it was something that they should have fixed and not charged me close to $1000 for. KEEP AWAY FROM AUTOHAUS!! More
