Great Service I will say I started off not having a great experience as I walked in and no one looked up or recognized that I had entered. I have not yet had a bad experience at Autohaus and as someone who has had a 15 year relationship with another dealer/brand I was happy to have the same great treatment. Autohaus BMW customer service is above and beyond I have relocated to Florida and still use Autohaus of Maplewood for BMW service and parts. We still own our home in the Saint Louis area. I made it a point to visit all the local BMW Centers and asked questions of the service and parts personnel.
