Genuinely happy for your business I took my 2012 535xi in for an unscheduled emergency service (water pump had failed and the engine shut down to avoid overheating) and they were happy I took my 2012 535xi in for an unscheduled emergency service (water pump had failed and the engine shut down to avoid overheating) and they were happy to accommodate me with a loaner car. When I arrived, he confirmed our suspicions and booked me a loaner. He also determined that several maintenance items were near due, so he he scheduled those items and eliminated the need for a separate visit.
