Service on the car was great 5/5 for that. Service rep not so much. I set an appointment online, and requested a loaner car as an option. I had already been at work, and took time off to drop the car off not so much. I set an appointment online, and requested a loaner car as an option. I had already been at work, and took time off to drop the car off anticipating it was going to be quick as usual. Upon showing up Mike, my service rep, said “we’ll do the oil change, but can’t have a loaner.” Mind you, autohaus in maplewood is only open Monday - Friday, typical working business hours. When asking Mike why I couldn’t have a loaner he said, “well it’s just an oil change, typically about an hour.” After telling Mike that I don’t have time to wait around and fully expected a loaner based off my appointment scheduled, he then responded with “looks like you’re going to have to rescheduled and figure it out.” I then had to call an Uber from autohaus to work. I have been at this location previous times for service, and have always revived a loaner with no problem, not exactly sure what happened this time. More

Excellent Customer Service! After purchasing a preowned X3 from Nick in May, our check engine light came on. I called the service department and Mike arranged for us to get the car right in. He arranged for a loaner vehicle, repaired our X3 under warranty and greeted me with a smile upon return!
