Dennis was more than helpful throughout the process and we surely tested his patience on more than one occasion. He hung in there and was helpful throughout, to the point of searching over and over again to find the perfect vehicle replacement for our 2015 X1. I would highly recommend Dennis to family and friends. Rick Riccio was equally helpful and explained the various after market offerings in great detail. Throughout this process he never pushed any additional benefit and made sure that we were satisfied with the packages we chose. Autohaus has changed for the BETTER!!! My first BMW was purchased from Autohaus in the 80's. Obvious enough, I was not happy with the company then, that I moved to another dealership...
