He was not my original salesperson but completed the sale with high marks. I called late in the day, about an hour before closing. Desperately trying to connect with my salesperson but they were not available. I had so many questions that I needed answers to so I could make an educated purchase. Marco was there and did not hesitate with stepping in to assist me. He calmed my nerves, addressed all my concerns and answered all of my questions. He never rushed me and addressed every one of my concerns and questions. We were there at least two hours after closing. Marco NEVER made me feel as though I was a bother to him. I could go on and on with how great my car purchasing experience with Marco was but I think you get the picture. I am pleased with my purchase and with the remarkable service Marco provided. More

As Advertised After an unfortunate accident my wife and I were looking for a car for the second time in 6 months. We had just gone through the traditional dealershi After an unfortunate accident my wife and I were looking for a car for the second time in 6 months. We had just gone through the traditional dealership process to purchase my wife’s 2015 Mazda 6. Not wanting to start that process we decided to call Autoflex. I called the main number and operator transferred me to Michael Maddox. Michael and I had a 20 min conversation about cars and options. He ran my credit on the phone and told me he had the nearly the same Mazda 6 and could match same deal we had previous. We ended call as I added a Jetta and a Challenger to the car list. A couple calls and a couple emails later we made an appointment to meet with Michael at the Plano/Richardson office. He was going to meet us there with a Challenger from Arlington that he drove up himself that very morning. With no need to drive the Mazda 6. My wife drove a different Challenger with more options and also a Infinity. Michael suggested the she drive the Infinity to see how she liked it. It was loaded with options but Michael and I knew that the Challenger had her eye. We had a short sit down with him in his office couldn’t been more than 30 minutes. We left waiting on a call while he worked the deal. Less than an hour later he called back with good news. He was able to hit our number and we had a deal. He instructed us to go about our day and he would deliver it to our house in Corinth. When 5:00 PM came around, Michael texted he was en route. Shortly after he drove up in a fully detailed Challenger. Handshakes and a little bit of paperwork signed inside our garage. Michael was picked up headed back to the office in an Uber. Within 48 hours after I made the initial call to Autoflex we were happy to be in a 2016 Dodge Challenger. Thanks Michael and Autoflex, getting into a new car has never been easier. More

I have purchased several new vehicles in years past; however, now that I am semi-retired, I made the choice not to build any debt and have paid cash f I have purchased several new vehicles in years past; however, now that I am semi-retired, I made the choice not to build any debt and have paid cash for my purchases, including vehicles, for years. That doesn’t help maintain a good credit history. I wasn’t worried about credit. Life happened and my health suffered and my travel habits greatly decreased. Now more than ever, I realize that it is essential that I drive a dependable vehicle. I have mobility and respiratory challenges, so walking if the auto becomes disabled, would be life threatening. After doing research on the internet for options of purchasing a vehicle, I realized that most of those “pin headed dealerships” hold a lot of store to an active, good credit history. If you don’t owe a lot, they don’t want to sell you a car even if you don’t have bad credit. The bankers I dealt with for years have all passed away. I’ve celebrated the Anniversary of my 21st Birthday for over a half a century. After going over my bucket list, I realized I needed to update my transportation to safely pursue my future activities. After looking at vehicles on the Autoflex site, I got a call from a nice young man, Michael Maddox. He asked some pertinent questions and sent me information on several vehicles. I explained that I didn’t want a sedan as I had trouble sitting so low to get in and out of a vehicle. A temperamental knee and a hip replacement alter your life. I didn’t want it too tall as that was also difficult for me to climb up into a high one. I no longer think it necessary to outrun “A.J. Foyt or be a speed racer” so it didn’t need to have a big powerful motor. It just needs to take me safely from point A to point B. It needs to have enough room to take a few extra family members or friends and my 85 pound dog. It must be reasonably priced, economical to operate, have good tires, comfortable seats, a good A/C, comfortable to ride in, a sunroof, a good sound system, low mileage and a good warranty. I thought to myself, well, as I was so persnickety, I’ll never hear back from him. Much to my surprise, Mr. Maddox called back a few days later, I was glad he was not a pest or high pressure type guy. He casually asked if I had given thought to what brand auto I wanted. I wanted a Volvo as I had purchased several new ones in the past and was very pleased with them. He didn’t have one but offered to try to get one for me if I wanted. He told me about a vehicle previously owned by “a little old lady” – she was only a few years my senior. It had low mileage and everything else I had asked for. He dutifully went step by step and explained all the details and the GAP coverage and extended warranty and that they would finance it. I asked what the next step was and much to my surprise, he casually said “Well, I’ll bring the car to you.” I assured him I could get a ride and find the dealership if he would give me their address. He said they were in Dallas, but he would drive my car down to me - He was so warm and sincere – I was stunned. He sent me a text photo of himself in my car so I would recognize him. He arrived with a big smile and a friendly manner. We met at a restaurant near my home so we had an opportunity to visit and enjoy lunch prior to getting down to the nitty-gritty of paper work. He was well organized and in his professional looking folder, he had all of the paperwork marked and highlighted. Everything was as he had explained on the phone. My car was immaculately clean, smelled nice, had new tires, was just the right height for me to get into and sit in comfortably. It had all the features I had requested. He had arrangements to drive a rent car home and I was happy to take him to get his car. On the way, he explained the operation of the car and all of the little extras that were different from what I was used to. He took time to set up the Bluetooth for my phone, showed me the backup camera and the navigator features, then, stopped and filled my car up with gas. I have thoroughly enjoyed my Nissan, Rogue and told many people about my unique, above average experience. I have recommended Michael Maddox and Autoflex to several folks already and will be happy to do so in the future. He is truly a gentleman and a scholar. I could not have received better or more courteous service unless I owned a dealership! It was without a doubt, the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever experienced! Thank You Michael . . . . . ! ! !
