That's key with me, you see I'm "old school". So first thing I was shown the vehicle my wife had chosen, an impressive one owner Jeep Grand Cherokee with next to zero miles. Everything was going well with the presentation and I was excited. Truth be told, when the back lift gate was opened for us to view the spare tire, there was a set of booster cables left in there, and all of sudden I heard "jake brakes" like on a 18 wheeler going off in my mind and my guard went up. I said to myself, "here it is, it's got battery issues and maybe a bad alternator". So I asked to view the engine. With my guard still up, I wasn't impressed with the dressing on the engine, cause it was dark. So I said "We'll see what's up soon enough. As we were walking through the hallway, I'm thinking this is really a fantastic deal and to top it off, my wife is HAPPY. And THAT my friend, means EVERYTHING to me. I mentioned, at the beginning, what seemed like skepticism, but in reality you have a guy there who is concerned about building the customers credit, meeting the customers needs and expresses genuine interest in our well-being...who just happens to sell cars. Bryan has a wonderful customer satisfaction concept and it works. People want to be treated fairly, honestly and with respect, and for crying out loud...no games. Bryan made me feel like family, the conversation we had and subjects we discussed were both interesting and hilarious. Closing the deal was just as rewarding as seeing the smile on my wife's face as we drove away. Unfreakingbelievable!!! I mean who even has this type of customer service anymore? So, I'm someone who has credit challenges. I'm working on them but most people make a person in my position feel unworthy or exceptionally ashamed for getting ourselves into the situation in the first place. Bryan Roth was the exact opposite. He was informative, kind, patient, knowledgeable, friendly and hilarious. I have told him how much I appreciated him already but will you please tell him 'thank you' for me, again? I was in tears an hour before speaking with him. You may or may not know how women are. We try to reevaluate our entire life's decisions and failures at least once every couple of months. That day was my day but after speaking with Bryan, I was encouraged and smiling. Now, I'm fully aware that my situation may prevent Autoflex from helping me get a car at all. I totally understand that. Everyone is interested in the bottom line in business and rightly so. No hard feelings there. I do want you to know that even if that is the case, when I actually get everything straightened out on my credit report, I will come back to you guys. I appreciated the respect, the plain language, the effortless application and above all the heartfelt kindness. Those are the reasons I will shop with you guys going forward and the reasons I will tell everyone I know who is in need of a car who they should call.
