Fantastic and unexpected service Russell Kinney handled my transaction from start to finish and I have to say; he earned a life long Autoflex customer today. I started shopping around Russell Kinney handled my transaction from start to finish and I have to say; he earned a life long Autoflex customer today. I started shopping around, looking to trade in my 2012 Impala and reached out to Autoflex. I wasnt looking forward to sitting in a car dealership for hours while the salesman and I haggled over price and he/she "checked with their manager" 5000 times. So I wasn't sure I was even going to go thru the process yet because my Impala was still a nice car. Well he reached out to me and gave me some options and sent me some cars he had that I could get into if I wanted. 2 days later I decided to go ahead and come in so I could see what he said about a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. So I contacted him and said ok let's see what we can do on the Jeep. He told me what my monthly payment was going to be and I liked it. It was lower than my current monthly payment so ok let's lock it in and see what my options are. Here we go, time to spend my day getting frustrated and irritated. In my mind, worst case scenario is walk away and still have my impala. No harm no foul. I showed up at Autoflex and found out he had already done all of the leg work and had the contract and bill of sale ready to go. There were zero surprises. None. Everything was exactly as he said it would be. The monthly payment was what he told me and, to my surprise, the Jeep was even nicer than it I thought it would be. 20 minutes later I'm walking out of the dealership with the key to my new car. Mind you, I'm not a spontaneous person. I'd thought this out and fully expected to walk in and hear, "well here's the thing"... That didn't happen, the price and car were exactly as promised. Easiest and most enjoyable vehicle purchase I have ever made. My next car will be an Autoflex car. I can't recommend this place enough.
