I was traveling through Richardson and had looked for the Acura RDX with the Advance Package online the night before. I arrived at just a few minutes before they closed but Steve Bova still was happy to Acura RDX with the Advance Package online the night before. I arrived at just a few minutes before they closed but Steve Bova still was happy to show me the vehicle and let me drive it. The next day I purchased the vehicle and drove it back home and Steve was going to make sure that my car was shipped back to me. Unfortunately I forgot that a sling for my son's surgery the next week (I still don't know why the doctor gave it to us a week early) was still in the car. Steve shipped the sling to us in time for the surgery and got my original car back to me at a very reasonable price of $300 It was a great car at a great price with fantastic customer service.
