I purchased a used car from them back in May. From the first day I got the car until it was recently returned to me, I had the car a total of 4 days. There were several things that this company was supposed to do to the car before we completed the deal. The list still is not complete and they are not returning calls in a timely fashion. Sad really... I love the car but it still is not safe to drive due to the problems it has. They AGREED to repair these things before I signed paperwork and now they dont respond to any requests. Id highly recommend going elsewhere when looking for a car. More
I NEVER EVER want to deal with AutoFlex again. The worst car buying experience in my life. 1) I paid $12K down on a used car and it took them 2 weeks to give me the car. 2) When I pick up the car (2 wee car buying experience in my life. 1) I paid $12K down on a used car and it took them 2 weeks to give me the car. 2) When I pick up the car (2 weeks later) it was not washed, the oil was dirty, no inspection was done, the car was dirty (inside and outside). 3) The salesman made me pay a $2000 loan fee, because I had bad credit, which I never heard of before. This fee was not listed in the loan application anywhere either. 4) Salesman customer service is extreamely dissatisfactory, he can never do anything for me without me having to be on my toes and reminding him several times about it. 5) They never mail me my license plate. I had to call them repeately, days after days, to finally get it. 6) Lies lies lies 7) There's more but I can't list everything here... More
