I GAVE MR. STAN SPRAGGINS A 5 OUT OF 5 ON ALL OF THE CRITERIA BECAUSE HE WAS TRULY A FANTASTIC PERSON TO WORK WITH. HE WAS VERY PROMPT ON ANSWERING EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS.
