Stan was beyond great. In the end, I was more than pleased that I actually lowered my payments by $40 and drove off in the car that I wanted the entire time, a 2012 Kia Optima. I purchased a Miata from Janet a couple of months ago. Janet was very knowledgeable in many financing options for me. Bob was very pleasant and helpful. When I arrived, he had the car that I hoped for ready for me to test drive. The entire process went fast and smooth...just the way I like. The only negative was that I inquired about a warranty during the sale and was told there wasn't a warranty. But Bob called me a couple of days later to discuss it. Seems like he only gave me the option of a warranty because his Manager may have brought it to his attention. Makes me wonder if anything else was overlooked during the transaction. All in all, I'm very pleased and had a good experience with Autoflex. I'm really enjoying the car, too!! More

Janet was great. Before my divorce my credit was over 750. After my divorce it had plunged to under 550, and having been a stay at home mom for several years, I had a short time on my new job. She was patient with my pickiness even though I really didn't have too much room to be picky. She worked hard to find me an SUV in my budget and understood that I did need an SUV for the room. I really appreciate the time she took to help me and the patience she showed with the fact that I had to bring my 6 year old son with me several times and how kind she was to him even though he was driving me crazy (for no reason but that I was frustrated with my situation!). She was wonderful and I am happy with the Jeep Patriot I was able to get. She never gave up hope and pushed until we were able to find something in my price range. Thanks Janet!
