I had spoken to Ron throughout the week about what I was looking for and what price I wanted to stay in. He was very nice and was very helpful and finding the perfect car. We looked at a few just to weigh my options which made it just a little challenging to choose but we found one that hadn't been put on the lot which was perfect. I absolutely LOVE my Jeep Compass. It's great and not to big and not to small. I will definitely recommend my friends to go see Ron when they go to look for a new car. :0) More

The level of service with AutoFlex was great! The one thing I did not like is there wasn't an option offered to me, which I did not ask, to see and test drive the car I qualified for an bought, which was thing I did not like is there wasn't an option offered to me, which I did not ask, to see and test drive the car I qualified for an bought, which was located at the Arlington location. Basically, I blindly purchased the car, but that's on me not the dealer. I did my research before going and found that most cars were SEVERAL thousand dollars above Kelley Blue Book (KBB) value, which selling to those with low/no credit is somewhat justified, but luckily the car I qualified for was listed within a couple thousand of KBB. Although I was there for 3-4 hours dealing with qualifying, which was much longer than I wanted to be there, I put that more on lender than AutoFlex. I will probably go back when I'm ready for an upgrade. More

I know I drove them crazy but they did not give me a chance to make them totally insane as they got my car in a day. They got me an excellent deal and a beautiful new SUV. I felt like she had MY best interest in mind instead of trying to move the inventory she had on hand, which is what I felt from the dealership. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Bob. I was in a uniquely difficult position: My late-model Volvo Wagon (my favorite car I'd ever driven) had been totaled by a drunk driver, but I h Bob. I was in a uniquely difficult position: My late-model Volvo Wagon (my favorite car I'd ever driven) had been totaled by a drunk driver, but I had bought it recently enough that the whole award from insurance went to my credit union. Meantime, I'm working as a contractor (good income, but not "verifiable employment") and my recent divorce had put a hurt on my credit. I'd been to a couple other dealers and was starting to fear I'd be stuck with a really downmarket deal like a DriveTime. I went into AutoFlex as a walk-in and told Bob my situation. He was not only sympathetic and helpful, but made the process fun. He helped me find several cars that fit my criteria and once we focused on a newer Volvo wagon, he made the process super-easy. By late the next day I was driving my new car. Autoflex had the selection I needed and Bob made the deal happen without ever making it seem the least bit difficult. I'll definitely buy my next car from him. More
