This was my first visit to Autoflex. I've heard their commercials for years on the radio as well as their competition, D & M leasing. I decided to contact Autoflex first and glad I did. I met with Trent and told him what I was looking for. He suggested a couple of vehicles for me to check out. After test driving both, I made my decision, Trent ran the numbers and the deal was done. Trent was great to work with. It was nice not having to meet with a sales person, then the sales manager and finally the finance manager to get the deal done. It was the shortest, painless process I have ever gone through to get a new vehicle. On top of that, my wife's vehicle had a damaged windshield that we were about to pay to get repaired. Trent took care of that as well saving us about $231!!! And the guys that did the install did a wonderful and fast job! Next time we need another vehicle, I plan to contact Trent and let him take care of us. Thanks Trent! More

I was initially very leery of leasing and after unsuccessfully negotiating a deal with another company and having an important life event occur I put the thought of a vehicle lease aside. After a f unsuccessfully negotiating a deal with another company and having an important life event occur I put the thought of a vehicle lease aside. After a few weeks I decided to make another attempt with a different company and after reading some online reviews I contacted John Bradley. John was extremely easy to work with. He listened to what I wanted regarding vehicle type and options and then set about making it happen. I did not have very high expectations after working with the previous company but I was pleasantly surprised when John called back and had found the make and model that I wanted with several different vehicle choices due to options and at a priced that I liked. John did not try to direct me to any particular make or model he simply looked for and found what I asked for. Once I made a decision on the exact vehicle John made it happen by locking the vehicle down at the particular dealer where it was located and working out the required paperwork for the lease. He sent me the window sticker so I could review what exactly how the vehicle was equipped and discussed the particulars of the lease including the anticipated residual value, interest rates and other items of importance answering all of my questions. John offered me a very fair trade in amount on my current vehicle and we completed the negotiating. I took delivery of the new lease vehicle two days after the initial call to John with the delivery day being a Saturday. John postponed leaving on a trip with his family from Friday evening to Saturday so that he would be the one to meet with me for vehicle delivery and paperwork signing which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend John Bradley to anyone interested in leasing a new vehicle; he made the whole process painless. I feel that John treated me as a long time customer making every effort to ensure that I was pleased with the deal. More
