I was needing a second car and got pre aproved from my bank with special financing. i was given the run around from a few dealers that the bank deals with and was about to call it quits. I called auto flex to ask if they deal with my bank and was put in touch with Arch. I told him what I needed and what I could pay. every thing was dun over the phone. Friday he tod me he could get me in a car and saturday I test drove and talked to Arch in person for about an hour and monday I took my wife to pick out a car and we were driving our 2012 vw passat about an hour later. I told Arch what I could do and it stayed that way. he did not try to sway me in any way. what I wanted is what I got and that is the best part.
