First off, I came to John for information about my current lease car, he did now come to me with any new information. Further, Janet's follow through to obtain a second set of keys and coordinate with the dealership was superb. It usually does not go as smoothly and efficiently as the sales person articulates. However, the retrieval of the key and programming of the fob to the car was taken care immediately upon my arrival at the dealership.
