Arch McKinnion made the process of getting our new car painless. I had reached out to AutoFlex in early November to see what I needed to do, with less than stellar credit, to get my wife a car in February painless. I had reached out to AutoFlex in early November to see what I needed to do, with less than stellar credit, to get my wife a car in February. Arch responded the same day asking why wait he could get us a car immediately with no money down if we had a trade. We brought the trade (a high mileage well used 2002 car) in and Arch was able to get us the amount we had hoped for. Arch didn’t try to just sell us a car he had on the lot; he informed us he would try to get us whatever model of car we wanted. Arch found the car we wanted and drove to Waxahachie to get it on a Friday night. We picked the car up Saturday morning. There were a couple of dings on the car, but Arch arranged for those to be repaired and now the car looks brand new. The total time at the dealership was minimal as we met with Arch once to tell him what we wanted and then when we picked up the car Arch had all the paperwork ready. We could not be more pleased with our transaction with Arch and AutoFlex and we plan to buy our next car from him in the next 12-18 months. I recommend Arch to anyone who hates high pressure salesmen and who appreciates customer service oriented professionals. More

Good just wish I would of purchased a car that didn't have 2 keys especially when it's not the admin key and I have to come out of pocket to pay for it. This was amazing experience for me to meet Jodie. I call and spoke wq/ Jodie and in minutes I toldf him my situation and he was all over things. Within minutes he told me what I could expect and when, he did exactly what he said he was going to do as well. Later that afternoon he called me and asked what color I would perfer, I told him it would be for my wife for Christmas and that she had no idea what I was doing. So whenever I was around her I would text him the info needed, this was awesome because became so curious. The next took her to go shopping...and we drove over to the Auto Flex, and Jodie had the car detailed and all ready to go, I swear I had never bought a new car in such little time. I could not be happier with my Autoflex experience. They take all the fuss out of buying a car. I drove off in a new car the same day I showed up to see a few cars I had spotted on the website.
