In early 2007 I was referred to Troy and Autoflex by a friend who told me it was the best car lease/buy experience he had ever enjoyed...when and if it came time for a new car he thought I should know. In late 2007 I contacted Autoflex and spoke w Troy, explaining the type of car the wife and I were looking for. Shortly after we spoke, Troy called back and said he thought he had the car we wanted...a 2006 white/tan Mercedes SLK350. The wife loved it! The transaction was fast and easy, and belive me when I say there was no stress involved. Troy took his time explaining everything and we were gone in no time at all. My turn came in 2008 when I located a dream car I've always wanted to own. I had another car I could drive every day and this car would look great in the garage and on a Sunday drive around the lake. The problem (I thought) was it was located at another dealership 25 miles away. Not wanting to deal with the typical dealership runaround, I told Troy about the car and he took it from there. Just a couple of days later I'm driving that same Dodge Viper at a price I could justify. Troy even went to pick the car up and brought it to my office at lunch where we handled the paperwork. Earlier this year my wife's lease was coming to an end on the Mercedes. She wanted a new car but loved everything about the SLK350 she had. I put Troy on the lookout and a short time later we were buying her a newer version of the same car. Not a fan of the 2013 SLK350 styling change we got her into the 2012 AMG package and she couldn't be happier. If you're looking for someone to go above and beyond your expectations, call Troy. I have referred many others to Troy because of his service, experience and connections. He's not let any of them down yet. Doubt that he ever will.
