We have used AutoFlex Leasing and John Welch to lease 4 different vehicles and continue to be very pleased with the service we receive. John goes above and beyond anything we ask of him. Several times I told John about a type of vehicle we might be interested in but wanted to know more about prices and options. Within a short amount of time, he presented several variations of the same vehicle complete with pricing and options. Even though we did not end up leasing any of those vehicles because "we" changed our minds, John wasn't annoyed or aggravated but instead seemed genuinely happy to get us the information. The vehicles we have leased from John were the exact vehicles that we wanted. We gave him a list of options that we wanted and did not want and that's exactly what we got. John also made the paperwork and vehicle transfer as simple as it can possibly be. No haggling or meeting with endless "managers".
