It was a great experience from start to finish. I was in and out in just a few hours. I have bought plenty of cars over the years and have yet to come across a sales person like Janet. Not only was she very and out in just a few hours. I have bought plenty of cars over the years and have yet to come across a sales person like Janet. Not only was she very professional, but she was personable and honest. I trust a person with those qualities. She did everything in her power to make sure the deal went through while getting me the car I wanted. Most dealerships tell you what you can't have and make your car choice for you. This was not the case in this instance. I was able to search through the lot and test drive many cars. They were even willing to purchase a car for me from another competing dealership just so I would be happy. I ultimately chose Autoflex. I just couldn't pass up the great customer service and Janet was very patient with me. I have the most beautiful, clean car in the world. Can't you tell I love love love my car. She purrs like a kitten and performs flawlessly. The compliments keep coming. I've never been so happy.This is by far the best car I have ever owned and well within my budget. Because of her willingness, helpfulness, friendliness, honesty, and professionalism Autoflex has a customer for life. I'd definitely recommend this dealership to many others.
