Practical, Personal,Professional-Superb Experience! We walked in to the dealership late on a Friday evening and met with salesperson Ken Johnson. He didn’t hesitate to provide us personal service, just We walked in to the dealership late on a Friday evening and met with salesperson Ken Johnson. He didn’t hesitate to provide us personal service, just as if it was 9am .He interviewed us al while listening attentively , asking what WE were looking for as well as our expectations for budget. We’ have never had such great experience purchasing a car. Ken Johnson was very respectful, friendly and efficient. He assured us that we would hear back from him in less than 24 hours due to my husband having to depart the state for work,(we knew he wouldn't call) LOL by 10am on a Saturday we get a call Ken asking ,"When would your wife like to come in to pick up her vehicle?". We were shockingly excited. Ken gave us so much information on the history of Mercedes facts and recommendations. He also advised on awareness and care of features, which have been troublesome to others. He has earned a good seal of approval and now I'm sharing with co-workers ,church members and neighbors. Ken Johnson also set up an appointment for keys at a local Dealership and covered cost of key for our vehicle; he even emailed copies of all documents to my email. The visit to the dealership went seamlessly so that I did not have to miss work. He has NOT missed a beat. He helped us get our dream cars with the right options and we are ecstatic. We will definitely seek Ken Johnson for our next automobile purchase. More

He updated me daily on progress and possibilities so I always knew what was going on. His service far exceeded my expectations and I actually found the experience enjoyable unlike previous car buying/leasing experiences. Delivery and signing at my house was an added bonus and only took about 30 minutes total.
