WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I AM A BUSINESS OWNER OF OVER 30 YEARS WITH AN 800 + CREDIT SCORE. SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION WITH BOB. A WEEK LATER WAS APPROVED. BY THAT TIME, I LOST I AM A BUSINESS OWNER OF OVER 30 YEARS WITH AN 800 + CREDIT SCORE. SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION WITH BOB. A WEEK LATER WAS APPROVED. BY THAT TIME, I LOST THE CAR I PICKED OUT. BOB TOLD ME, WITH MY DOWN PAYMENT, I WOULD BE FINE, WHERE I WANTED TO BE ON MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS.I ASKED HIM SEVERAL TIMES TO RUN THE NUMBERS, TO NO AVAIL. TWO WEEKS LATER, I FOUND ANOTHER VEHICLE. AT THAT TIME, BOB INFORMS ME HE NEEDS X AMOUNT OF DOLLARS FOR THE CAR. I ASKED HIM WHY HE DID NOT DISCLOSE THIS TO ME FROM THE START. HE TOLD ME HE THOUGHT HE DID. FINALLY, YESTERDAY HE COMMITTED TO RUN THE NUMBERS. TOLD ME HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME IN 10 MINUTES. MOST OF THE DAY PASSED. 3PM FOUND AN E MAIL FROM HIM STATING THE NUMBERS DID NOT WORK OUT AND I NEEDED TO PUT AN ADDITIONAL 10K DOWN ! I CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES, HE DID NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE. I FINALLY GOT HIM ON THE PHONE. HE TOLD ME THE NUMBERS DID NOT WORK OUT. I SAID BOB, YOU HAVE BEEN TELLING ME FOR WEEKS WE WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM BEING IN THE RANGE OF THE MONTHLY PAYMENT I NEEDED TO BE AT. HE THEN TOLD ME HE DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO SAY AND I SHOULD WORK WITH SOMEONE ELSE AT AUTOPLEX LEASING. THIS BY FAR WAS THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE !!!!! More
