I called in one morning after seeing a car online and JT put me in touch with Russell. In no time Russell was contacting me and got everything going for us. By the end of the day we had agreed on a vehicle. When we got to the office the paperwork was already for us to sign and then the vehicle was delivered to my job later that day. I don't think we will ever use a regular dealer again because I always feel like JT and Russell actually care. We are very pleased with our new purchase for our growing family! More

I did not think he could do what he said I do not remember how Saul and I started talking with one another. All I remember was that I was in need of a new car because my Honda Accord was caus I do not remember how Saul and I started talking with one another. All I remember was that I was in need of a new car because my Honda Accord was causing me too much to fix and all the money I was putting in it was the same as if I were to buy my a brand new car. When I talked with Saul, I told him all about myself, what I did for work, and he and I built a report. He asked me to come in and from the information that I told him, he promised me that he would get me into a car. I was very much in denial being that the major dealerships would not even try to get me into a car due to my credit score. I was in shock that Honda would not do business with me even though I had two cars that I bought and paid off on m credit report. But good old Saul said he has me covered. But I still did not go in and see him. Well my Honda kept giving me trouble and it kept dying on me. So I finally had it.I called Saul and told him I was going to see him. The only problem was my car would keep dying every time I drove it and came to a complete stop. He asked me to come in and take my time. Well on my way there. My car died on me twice. But I managed to get there. I have been in sales in the past so I knew it would be hard to sale me something that I did not want. But as I arrived I told myself that my car was not going to make it back and I needed a new one today. So he had the upper hand. As he confronted me, the first thing he did was say hi and we shook hands and right away he also said hi to my boys. Other dealerships that I went to in the past just worried about me. Some never even acknowledged my boys. He was the first one to tell you the truth. As we are getting everything that he needed from me done, I was a little embarrassed because my kids were making a ton of noise and would not keep still. Put he was nice about it and nothing seem to upset him. Most other companies would have asked me to control my kids, but he said let them be them. I said ok. Long story short, I left Auto Flex Leasing in a brand new Nissan Altima. I did not have to take my Honda with me and I was extremely impressed that everything Saul said he was going to do, he did. He did a great job. In my book he gets 9 out 10. Well I am writing this review a couple months later and something bad happened to me and I called Saul and informed him of what took place. He said he would do the exact same thing as before after we took care of my little problem. Well I cant wait, I hope to see him sooner then later. Thanks Saul, See you soon. More

I called Jodie Lott on a Tuesday, explained the situation and the response I got was, "let's see what we can do. This is gonna be fun, brother!" Less than 24 hours later, we were in a new car. Amazing! This is now the 4th vehicle we have gotten from Autoflex and because of Jodie, we will forever come back to the dealership. Jodie takes the process of buying/leasing a car and makes it fun. His humor, enthusiasm, and passion make us want to come back time and time again. I just wish I could buy a new car from him every year. 5 stars in my book! More
