The process was flawless and the easiest car purchase experience i have truly ever had. No games were played (working the system) as some dealership do, Aaron totally coordinated the deal with a local Toyota dealership including my loan application. Aaron, doing the work found alternatives including a 1.9% special. When I got to the Aarons, office, the paperwork, contracts were ready to go and the car was on the lot immaculate and ready. Easy, seamless and honestly I will never work with anyone one again except Aaron and Autoflex Leasing-for a lease or new car purchase. Due to an oddity with this website, I had to put that my experience and purchase was with a used vehicle, or I could not submit this review. However, it was the purchase of a brand new Toyota. The sales person Shelly Duignan was great to work with.I was interested in purchasing a Hyundai Sante Fe and asked if my mechanic could take a look at it. Shelly went so far as to drive it over to him. My m was interested in purchasing a Hyundai Sante Fe and asked if my mechanic could take a look at it. Shelly went so far as to drive it over to him. My mechanic discovered it needed a rack and pinion replaced. She kept me appraised every step of the process. It was taken to AutoFlex's mechanic and the parts were ordered on Thursday. Friday the wrong parts were delivered and the car was going to have to wait till Monday to be repaired. The service from the sales person Shelly Duignan was very exceptional and had the car been repaired timely I would have purchased the vehicle. But over the weekend I found another car. My fiancé' and I were looking for a new and used car. We shopped around at competitors but we both felt that Rony and Autoflex had our best interest. We were a little reluctant to get into leasing a car. We shopped around at competitors but we both felt that Rony and Autoflex had our best interest. We were a little reluctant to get into leasing again due to auto dealers having such low mileage leases and a high down payment but Rony showed us great options in dealing with this leasing company. Rony, from the very beginning was extremely attentive, detailed oriented, and was very patient. My fiancé was looking for a new car and I was looking for something slightly used. Rony, was able to locate my fiancé’s Jeep very quickly and within a few days he came to my office to sign the paperwork and deliver the car. This included having the Jeep detailed and tinting the windows. My car on the other hand was a little bit harder to find due to the options I wanted as well as a manual transmission. Rony, searched locally as well as across the US, but ultimately found one that came up for sale in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. Within a couple of hours of locating the car, Rony drove the vehicle to my office for a test drive. Once I drove it, I knew this was the car for me. This was all on a Friday afternoon around 2:30 p.m. I wanted to have the car checked out and have an option installed, so Rony facilitated the request with the dealer, came to our house on Saturday and we signed the paperwork. This whole experience was so refreshing and working with Rony, was our absolute best experience we have ever had in buying cars. Rony, went above and beyond and did so without any hesitation, it just came natural and wanting to get us the best car for our needs. We are both blown away in how this whole process was done from the first email to the delivery of our cars. Not only was Rony a great person to work with, we made a great friend as well! More

First I went online and looked at a couple of cars they had and then the same day they gave me a call and answered all my questions about leasing a car. Although my hubby wanted me to wait they still kept checking on me periodically to make sure I didn't need a car. Well the next week our old car died and we couldn't wait till summer to get another car like we originally planned. So when they called to check up on me I made an appointment and the rest is history. We just had a baby and we did not have a down payment but still ended up with a car!!! Aaron was so patient with us and he even let us place our baby's car seat in each car that we test drove! They gave us 5 star treatment and customer service it really was not a chore to buy a car it was super easy and painless! Everyone's experience should be like ours!!! And now I am rolling around in a 2014 Kia Sorento LX SUV and I love it! More

I've known Jody Lott for almost 20 years and he's always happy! Happy to help, happy to be of service, happy to be alive. On a lark last Friday, I called Jody and told him what I wanted in a vehicle always happy! Happy to help, happy to be of service, happy to be alive. On a lark last Friday, I called Jody and told him what I wanted in a vehicle and what my financial parameters had to be. On a lark because, I've gone through a failed business bankruptcy a short while back and that has its own headaches. He asked a few questions then went to work. Under normal circumstances it can take 2-4 weeks to search for and fill a very specific vehicle order like the one I gave him, especially if the numbers have to fit, too. I got lucky and Jody called me back in 2 hours, hyperventilating on the phone, saying something about having discovered the holy grail and mumbling something about Monty Python. He called me back the next day and said he had what I wanted, had the papers ready to sign, and wanted to know what color pen I wanted to use to sign 'em. I went to take a look at what he'd found, thinking it must be a real gem EXCEPT for the fact it probably gets 3 gallons to the mile or something, but, no, the numbers were perfect. The vehicle was perfect, Jody was perfect, batting 1.000 last Saturday for sure. Most "perfect" deals just don't happen, and they surely don't happen in 24 hrs, but Jody and I got lucky with the vehicle's availability, and he pulled a couple of rabbits out of his tail-pipe with his bankers and, voila, I'm a very happy camper. Even if you don't need a vehicle right now I'd suggest you stop by and meet Jody just so you can say you know him. Besides, he's a senior-citizen now and he needs the money! Go see him. More

Travis Evans worked with me for a little over 3 months to find the right car with the right financing. I felt he was honest and understood my wants/needs in the used car I was purchasing.
