Simply awesome I didn't think I was ready to attempt a trade in with my upside down vehicle but my mom had a great experience with Autoflex so I decided to inquire. Tuesday evening I submitted for info about my trade in and by end of day Wednesday I was scheduled to have my Mercedes Benz delivered to me at work Thursday. Gary Michael was courteous, prompt, and honest. He shared all my credit info with me before submitting anything to the bank, meaning no credit dings. They only submit your info to one bank, which was great. Gary assured me that if I didn't like the vehicle when he brought it, I didn't have to continue. No harm done. He delivered and it was better than expected. We signed documents and that was that! I'll definitely purchase from them again. More
