Hands down the Perfect experience I called Jodie a couple of weeks ago and told him what i was needing and that he had a few weeks before i needed the vehicle. He had found plenty of trucks that had everything i wanted but he was worried about the mileage they came with that were in my price point. I'm thankful he was. In the end he went above and beyond what you would expect from an average car salesman. He found the perfect truck for what i was looking for. Not only did he find it but he also dropped it off to me and picked up my trade in as well. Looked everything over, signed the paperwork in my new truck and he was off. That in my eye is the perfect example of customer service. First time customer, now lifetime customer!! Dealing with Jodie, and AutoFlex was by far the greatest car buying experience I have ever had. Within the first few minutes of my initial visit, Jodi Dealing with Jodie, and AutoFlex was by far the greatest car buying experience I have ever had. Within the first few minutes of my initial visit, Jodie had a buyer for my current vehicle and had a game plan laid out for me. I try to be a smart consumer and wanted to make sure I knew all of my options, so I went to two of the larger dealerships here in Dallas. Both of which were horrible experiences, they quoted me significantly less for my trade in, and tried to sell me cars that I had no interest in. I am very transparent and told each dealership I was working with AutoFlex as well, they both acted like jealous children and tried to bash autoflex as opposed to being prideful of their own abilities. That left a very poor taste in my mouth. I quickly returned to Jodie with my tail between my legs. I "confused my sins" to him, and unlike the other dealers, he told me that it was smart to do my due-diligence. Jodie came through and within days of our initial meeting, found the exact car that I wanted at a price that fit my budget perfectly. His actions and abilities speak volumes to the man that he is. He was honest and straight forward throughout the entire process, and made it fun to buy a new car. He went above and beyond for me and made me feel like I was his only client, all while his wife was preparing for a surgery. His honesty and work ethic are far superior to any in a time where customer service has fallen by the wayside.
