This is the first time that I ever leased a vehicle. David understood my timidness to try this new way of obtaining a vehicle. He was detailed, he explained the process thoroughly, and he calmed my fears. If there were questions I asked and he wasn't certain, he quickly found the answers. He purposely added extra benefits to my deal to give me that peace of mind that I needed to enjoy this luxury vehicle. He made financing exceptions for me and he brought the car to my home so that my husband could see it. Since my purchase, there have been a few issues with the car. However, David and the management at Autoflex have promptly resolved each one in a timely and satisfactory manner. David has excellent customer service skills. He is extremely attentive and listens to the customer's needs. I would highly recommend David to my sphere of influence if they ever wanted to lease a car. My friends are hard to please, but I think David would win them over. More

Fantastic experience working with David Zantop I was in a situation where I was pretty specific about what I wanted and thus didn't need a lot of sales information. I am on the phone most of the d I was in a situation where I was pretty specific about what I wanted and thus didn't need a lot of sales information. I am on the phone most of the day and so talking on the phone with a salesperson is not an easy thing for me to setup. So, I asked David if it would be ok if we did all of our back and forth via email. He said "of course, not a problem" (I have had sales people balk at that request). We went back and forth a few times via email on exactly what I was looking for and why. David went and found what he felt fit the bill. It did, perfectly. He brought the car to me, we signed the papers, and that was it. I wanted and needed a lightweight buying experience. David (and Autoflex of course) provided that. I leased a car for my daughter to drive while she is in highschool. So, it is a nice late model low mileage car that I know will not breakdown on her and will be safe. And, getting it for her wasn't any more difficult than buying a gallon of milk. Acquiring a car is normally described as a painful experience. Mine was not and I thank David Zantop and Autoflex leasing for that. More
