I am never concerned when referring my clients to Pete and Autoflex. Just last week I needed a commuter car and I had a cheap budget as I was going to grind the miles on this thing back and forth to work. I called Pete and literally within a few minutes he sent me pictures of a lease turn in, a 2012 Nissan Altima. This car was is amazing condition from what I could tell. Trusting Pete like family I told him to get the deal ready and I would be there the next day to get the car. But after my first conversation with David I learned that not only were high-mileage leases available, they were a great option for someone in my situation. He was able to put together a package that allowed me to get into a new car every 4 years at the same monthly payment I was paying on a 6-year note. Throughout the process, he answered all of my questions and was able to find the exact car I was looking for. When it came time to sign the paperwork, the appointment took less than 30 minutes and my wife could not believe that we didn't have to spend all day at a dealership. In the first conversation he provided me more than enough information for me to consider and was extremely helpful with ALL the questions I had in making the best choice for me. He encouraged me to go on the website and check out the cars and after doing this, he even provided me more photos on the two cars that I had an interest in. Gary was very friendly and spent over an hour with me once he brought the car out for me to inspect and drive. I didn't feel rushed or pressured like most dealerships make you feel. Even after purchasing the car, he provided me a personal tutorial on all the bells and whistles of my new car. Painless I have recently moved back to the DFW area and wanted to get back into a car from a truck. We struck of a friendship right away as he was very attentive to what I was looking for and within a matter of a couple of hours, had located the car I was interested in. David was able to explain all of the options that we had for financing and made the effort totally painless as I usually equate buying a car to a root canal.
