From the first call, to the paperwork, to driving off the lot he went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were in a pinch, and in dire need for a vehicle for our family. When we found something online he was helpful, honest, and made availability for us to meet with him the same day. We were able to get what we came for with no hassle, no smoke screens or issues. He had all the paperwork prepared, and ready for us, he was kind to our kids, very patient, and explained every step. We appreciated that he was from a military family, and thanked Corey for his service. His patriotism, and his commitment to excellence is obvious from the way that he does business and his caring personality. Autoflex and Troy Humphrey Made Me a Customer for Life! I have been meaning to write a review for some time. Could not be more pleased with my experience with Autoflex & Troy Humphrey. My wife was looking f I have been meaning to write a review for some time. Could not be more pleased with my experience with Autoflex & Troy Humphrey. My wife was looking for a newer model Volvo S60, and I was looking to get out from under my $600 SUV payment. Because of the miles we drive each year leasing was not an option so we were looking to buy. I called Autoflex and was put in touch with Troy and told him what we were looking to do. I explained our credit situation, how much of a down payment we had, and what our monthly budget for 2 car payments would be. Basically, I was asking Troy to make magic happen! Troy and I talked on Thursday, and he said he would get to work on options available. The next Monday, Troy called and said he had financing lined up, had located 2 Volvo's for my wife to look at, and had some cars available for me to drive. We set up an appointment for the next day, brought our 2 cars in and long story short in just over an hour my wife and I were leaving Autoflex with a Volvo S60 and a Mercedes C300. More amazing, is Troy worked exactly within our down payment and monthly budget! Simply put, Troy and Autoflex Under promised and Over delivered. They didn't make promises they couldn't keep and were upfront, straightforward, and honest in every aspect of this transaction. Could not be more pleased with how we were treated, and what Autoflex was able to do.
