He totally listened to me, helped through insurance stuff, and found the perfect car on the first shot!! My wife liked it so much she took it from me, so it looks like I'll need another! Unfortunately someone hit my car just after 2 weeks and Gary helped me find a good repair shop and rent car....way beyond expectations. Awesome experience!! I've owned Chevys to Mercedes and bought new/used from dealerships to special "car guys". Gary is my new car guy!! More

FRAUD! I BOUGHT MY CAR AT 15K MILES AND IT'S ALREADY IN THE I bought my car with 15k miles and it's been in the Chrysler service shop for 3wks now. I was lied to about receiving a cash back incentive if I bough I bought my car with 15k miles and it's been in the Chrysler service shop for 3wks now. I was lied to about receiving a cash back incentive if I bought the extended warranty. I bought the car May 2016 and still no cash back. I've spoken with both the salesman that sold me the car and his manager and no one returns my calls anymore. I've called several times, left several messages, even spoke with a manager from the Arlington location who understood my concerns. I plan to proceed with litigation at this point. I feel I was sold a lemon or salvaged car and lied to about the cash back which is actually documented on my paperwork. I also have call records and text messages as proof. I have chased after them only for them to do right and I'm extremely stressed and will now place my worries in my attorney's hands. I'm mentally, emotional, and financially tired and definitely have buyers remorse after being lied to and having to handle so much maintenance on a practically brand new 2014 Chrysler 300 S. I also requested 2 keys instead of only 1 while buying my car but they refused. More

I called him one day last week about a used pickup I was undecided on what I wanted to do with my old one. When I changed my mind. It was no problem. Upon reflection I decided to buy. When I called it was dec 23. He said he could have the pickup ready either the 24th I told him no rush. So we did it on the 26th. We got there drove it chatted with him signed the papers. Even discounted the price so it would fit our payment budget.
