As a former bank VP and Health Administration CFO I have dealt with many professional but I have (very) rarely had the experience of dealing with someone as professional as Arch McKinnon when it comes to ha dealt with many professional but I have (very) rarely had the experience of dealing with someone as professional as Arch McKinnon when it comes to handling the purchase of a vehicle and the financing involved. He did not have to go that "extra mile" that he went for me but he did so and he did it with caring, honesty and trustworhtiness. As the old saying goes "sometimes bad things happen to good people" and I am living proof of this...inte past four years I have sufferd some financial set backs and I felt I would not be able to finance a vehicle for a long time...Arch McKinnon took the time to care and to help me and I am now on the road to true financial recovery and he is much to thank for this...he handled every single aspect of the deal and even delivered my Volvo XC90 to me! I am only giving Troy the good review. He made it one of the best experiences I have ever had when buying a car. I would come back to buy another car from him. All the cars at the dealership appeared to be well picked over before being allowed on the lot. Its nice not having to look through 90% junk that you aren't interested in to find the 10% that you are. Everyb over before being allowed on the lot. Mr. Turner who took care of us was a breath of fresh air with regards to car salesmen. Very professional, experienced and normal. I didn't come in with a particular car in mind and he was able to filter through what I said and pretty quickly decide which car was best for me. Thats not to say he sold me on it. I Couldn't be happier with what we drove home in. It most likely was the best fit for me out of their inventory. As far as dealerships are concerned, I doubt there are many comparable to Autoflex. More

Mr Adkins was very personable, high energy without being aggressive, had a respectful sense of humor. He is great with cars. I felt comfortable immediately with Jodi. I quickly gained confidence that this was not going to be the typical car buying dance one usually goes thru when acquiring a new vehicle. I told Jodi I never leased before. I told him I had reservations. He said I will try my best to give you the information you need to make an informed decision. He did just that! He told me what he was going to do. He did it. And then he told me what he did. All along the way everything he said would happen with regard to price and time frames and approvals happened exactly as originally explained. My wife, always a great judge of character felt very comfortable doing business with Jodie too. I brought her into the process soon after talking with Jodie. Her comments, "I trust what Jodie has told us. Let's do it." I have purchased many cars in my life, I am 60 years old. In my opinion AutoFlex is the real deal. North was great. I had spoken with a another dealership before about getting another car but did not go so well. So i called autoflex north answered gave him my info and what i was looking for and a few ho before about getting another car but did not go so well.
