Further, Janet's follow through to obtain a second set of keys and coordinate with the dealership was superb. It usually does not go as smoothly and efficiently as the sales person articulates. However, the retrieval of the key and programming of the fob to the car was taken care immediately upon my arrival at the dealership. Several years ago, I was misled by D&M Leasing and had a terrible experience with them. We just couldn’t have been more impressed. He was patient with all of my questions and diligent at helping us. Beyond patience and diligence, he showed tremendous professionalism and courtesy. We closed the deal on a car for me and were so happy with Marty and Autoflex, that we came back to him just a month later to get my wife out of her old lease and into a new one! That was two years ago and my wife and I recently decided we wanted some new vehicles. There was no question that we wanted to work with Marty again. Just like before, he was patient and diligent and really advocated for us. It took a long time to complete our deal. I first met Arch when I was getting our current lease vehicle appraised. He offered to help me however he could. We were very specific on the price we could afford and Arch never tried to convince us to go higher. He was very sensitive to our financial situation. For almost two weeks he checked in with us everyday. We appreicated that he used text and email as well as phone calls depending on urgency. Ultimately Arch got us exactly the car we wanted (down to the color) at exactly the price we wanted. He was such a nice guy to deal with; very caring, good sense of humor.
