After the unfavorable review that I wrote regarding our experience with the purchase of our 2016 Mustang GT. The general Manager Mr. Larry Tentarelli sent me an Email and ask that we talk about my issue and disappointment with the purchase process that we experienced at Autofair of Haverhill. Shortly after that Email we talked for about an hour over the phone. Larry understood where we were coming from and what our stance was. In as much as we didn't agree on all matters Larry seemed to be more concerned that we finished the day on a happy note, and that we might reconsider our future relationship with this Dealership. Our intense conversation finally led to what I feel was a reasonable attempt to make things right. We did reached an agreement that I felt was fair and just. In closing, I will say that Larry Tentarellli was genuinely concerned and successful about correcting our perceptions and experience at Autofair .
